ABA Services Designed Around You

Individualized, evidence-based ABA services that build meaningful skills, support independence, and empower individuals across the lifespan. Our services are tailored to each person and delivered in the environments where they live, learn, work, and connect.

OUR STORY

A practice built on trust, not templates.

At Randle-Benjamin ABA Consultants, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, connect, and live a meaningful life on their own terms.

We provide individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children, adolescents, and adults with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, and dual diagnoses. Our services are designed around each individual’s unique strengths, needs, preferences, and goals and may be provided across a variety of environments, including homes, schools, communities, and residential settings.

Our work goes beyond reducing challenging behaviors. We focus on building meaningful, lifelong skills that promote greater independence and quality of life, including communication, social skills, adaptive living, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, daily living skills, and functional independence.

We believe meaningful progress happens through collaboration. Our clinical team partners closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to create consistent support, promote skill generalization, and help each individual use their skills across the environments that matter most.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based ABA services that empower individuals across the lifespan to build meaningful skills, increase independence, and achieve their fullest potential.

What is ABA?

A gentle science for real, everyday growth.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientific discipline that applies the principles of learning to bring about meaningful, positive change. ABA is an important part of care for individuals of all ages with autism and other neurodivergent profiles — helping build communication, daily living skills, social connection, and confidence in the world around them. It isn't one-size-fits-all. It's a way of listening closely to a person, and responding with a plan made just for them.

Services

Support, shaped around your family.

Every plan we build is customized — never copied and pasted. Here's how we typically walk alongside individuals and families, at every age and stage.

Functional Assessments & Individualized Treatment Plans

No two individuals are the same, and their treatment plans shouldn’t be either. We take the time to understand each person’s unique strengths, needs, preferences, and goals, then develop a personalized plan designed to support meaningful progress, independence, and quality of life.

Family Watching Snow

The people who support an individual every day play an essential role in meaningful, lasting progress. We partner with caregivers and staff to build practical skills, confidence, and understanding so they can effectively support learning, independence, communication, and positive behavior across everyday routines and environments.

Collaboration Across Providers

Progress is strongest when everyone is working together. We collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, speech and occupational therapists, residential and community-based programs, and other professionals involved in an individual’s care. Through open communication and coordinated support, we work to promote consistency and help skills generalize across the environments where individuals live, learn, work, and connect.

Early Learners & Toddlers

Sprouts

Supporting our youngest learners as they build foundational communication, social, play, adaptive, and independence skills — through functional communication, requesting, imitation, play, and early learning readiness.

Departments

Every age has its own department — and its own approach.

We service children, teens, and adults. Learners are supported by a department built around their stage of life, though every department shares the same mission: compassionate, individualized ABA that supports meaningful progress toward greater independence.

Wherever someone feels safe, we meet them there.
